The older version of Flick Maker used to. This seems to be Microsoft'south new policy, to strip all usefulness from their software so that merely a skeletal carcass exists that is of no use to anyone. Why is Microsoft doing this?

Actually I'm pretty familiar with all the prior versions of Movie Maker and none of them take had the capability of reversing video. As noted before past Volunteer J, yous tin can do it exterior of Motion-picture show Maker with other utilities.

Your method (splitting the video prune into individual frames and manually reversing the guild of every frame) might be manageable for an extremely short clip, like your example. I think it might become a little more tedious for a much longer clip. If you had a longer prune, I'd suggest a divide tool or video editor that can automate the clip reversal.
